Ms Bev Bate

Corps Welfare Manager

Bev joined Regimental Headquarters REME in November 2015 as an Admin Assistant for the Command Team in the Business Support Department.  She had previously worked in a number of roles within the benefits section of The Department of Work and Pensions.  She moved to the Welfare Department in June 2016 as the Welfare Assistant and gained promotion quickly becoming the Welfare Manager in August 2016. She is responsible for processing all requests for Benevolence. She is passionate about Welfare for both veterans and our serving soldiers and is immensely proud of my role within RHQ and The REME Charity.

Bev enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
