Corps Autumn Guest Night – 21 Oct 21

The Corps Autumn Guest Night is the premier evening in the Corps Officers’ Mess diary offering us the opportunity to thank senior military officers from CDS down as well as senior figures within our industry partners and sponsors.
Dress – Mess dress with miniatures and decorations.
Timings – 1900 for 1945hrs.
Accommodation. Accommodation within Lyneham is particularly limited and therefore please only request accommodation if it is essential. Unfortunately the Officers’ Mess is generally very busy and the other accommodation blocks on camp have to be reserved for those attending courses. Only when we are notified of those that are unable to attend these courses do extra rooms become available. Other options for accommodation on dinner nights are being explored, including utilisation of local hotels (at individual expense). RHQ REME will arrange a minibus service for those wishing to stay locally – links to local (and previously utilised) hotels are below. Please annotate on the form if you intend to stay at one of these hotels.
a. The Wiltshire Hotel. Standard room, bed and breakfast. Approx 7 minutes from Lyneham.
b. The Bell House Hotel. Standard room, bed and breakfast. Approx 11 minutes from Lyneham.
The Admin Instruction will be finalised after the entry deadline and promulgated NLT 7 days before the event.
