About our branch
The Shropshire Branch of the REME (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers) was formed in 1974.
We are a social group and also provide a link for current and ex-members of the Corps for welfare support, the REME Charity and other agencies.
We hold monthly social events, ranging from trips and visits, dinners, lunches and breakfasts to quiz nights and just a few social drinks. We are Telford based, but try to expand our activities around Shropshire and would welcome anyone outside of Shropshire to join, particularly those living in the West Midlands (Wolverhampton/Birmingham Areas). Partners and family members are also very welcome to join.
